How we price repairs
Every job is priced individually, after we determine what is actually causing the problem. We do not publish price lists, because the right repair depends on your house: how deep piers must go, access, wall height, how many piers are needed, and any masonry or concrete work. You receive a written proposal for only the work your home needs, and in many cases we recommend monitoring a situation rather than writing a bid proposal.

- Helical Piers (21ft average depth) with a depth clause Additional costs as piers extend deeper.
- Resistance Piers (28ft average depth) with a depth clause - Typical costs are similar to helical piers.
- Carbon Fiber Reinforcement - Depends on wall height.
- Helical Tiebacks - Depends on access and length of tiebacks.
External Waterproofing - Excavation, waterproofing and backfilling. These are typically priced per job as each job is different.
Crawl Space Repairs - Each job is a custom bid.
