Residential Foundation Repair Pricing
Typical Pricing for foundation repair are listed below. These are a good reference point although each job is priced individually and these prices are subject to change. Most Foundation Repair Projects have a minimum charge of $2,000-2,500.
Helical Piers – $1200-1500 with a depth clause (the deeper you go the more you pay). $1650-1800 for no depth clause.
Resistance Piers – typical costs are similar to helical piers.
Slab Lifting – $10-15/sqft for slab lifting. Major void fills are priced per job.
Carbon Fiber Reinforcement: $600-1,000/placement depending on wall height.
Helical Tiebacks: $1200-1500/ea – depends on access and depth of tiebacks.
Crawl Space Supports: $600-800/ea for engineered adjustable posts. Footings around typically $200-300/ea.
External Waterproofing: Excavation, waterproofing and backfilling but no other services can range from $150-200/ft depending on depth. These are typically priced per job as each job is different.
Interior Foundation Drains: Drains range from $50-75/ft with an average around $60-65/ft which includes a wall board/vapor barrier.
Crawl Space Vapor Barriers: $1.50-2.00/sqft – depending on size and access to crawl space.
Crawl Space Encapsulation: $2.50-4.00/sqft – depending on size, access and options to systems.
Dehumidifiers: $1300-1600 installed. We primarily supply Sante Fe Brand Dehumidifiers.
