- About Us
Small or hairline cracks in poured basement walls are not necessarily a foundation problem. Often they are shrinkage cracks or initial movement that has stopped. However, if water is leaking through these cracks they need to be addressed with a hydrophilic injection. There are many types and sizes of cracks in basement walls – without knowing what it looks like on the inside, it’s hard to know what the specific solution is. However – you can always email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll give you some free advice.
PRICING: In order to help our customers anticipate costs we are providing rough budget numbers – a typical basement crack through a 8ft poured concrete wall (as shown above) is $750.00 if the crack has not been repaired before and $900 if it has previously been repaired. Our minimum charge for smaller cracks $500.00
Since basement cracks are standard issues we can almost always quote over email or the phone if we have pictures. If it’s a difficult issue we may need to come out in person.
